Whether you are setting out to begin your running journey, wanting to build strength to evolve your running performance or suffering from injuries and imbalances as a runner – this challenge will support your running journey to improve your performance, endurance and recovery.

What is required?
- A mat or towel and small space at home, at the gym or outside for your workouts. Each workout has been designed to safely and effectively follow from home. If you are suffering or recovering from an injury, please consult your GP or contact us with any questions.
- Access to a running path, track, park or beach.
- Access to a hill which you can run upwards for 30 seconds.
- This challenge incorporates the Fluidform equipment pack, ankle weights (optional) and a barre. You can use the back of a chair or lounge, kitchen bench, park bench or pram for your barre. Ankle weights are optional, to add resistance and challenge. You can purchase your Fluidform equipment pack via our Shop.
