As a mother of three children, I understand the emotions we go through as our bodies change through each trimester. Let me guide you through your entire pregnancy to move safely and feel supported. I have experienced three very different pregnancies, and work closely with women who have experienced all types of births. My specialised programming is designed to help you build and maintain your strength as your body changes through each trimester, and help you to prepare your body for birth.

My Prenatal and Postnatal programs are included in all our subscription offerings. This is so I can move with you, from preconception through to your postnatal recovery and beyond.
