What type of workouts are on offer?

Fluidform at Home is customisable to all levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Prenatal and Postnatal.

With over 300 workouts available on-demand, there really is something for everyone.

All our workouts are programmed and instructed by Kirsten King. With over 20 years of in-studio teaching experience, Kirsten’s online methods are safe, supportive and highly effective.

Tailor your workouts based on:

  • Length of workout (anywhere between 5 minutes to 40 minute workouts)
  • Type of equipment including no equipment, small equipment, and Reformer
  • Fitness level
  • Body part

What is a Challenge?

A Challenge is a specific combination of Fluidform workouts, set out in a calendar format, to transform your mind and body.

Challenges are released monthly, to keep you motivated and moving.

New Challenges will automatically appear on your Dashboard when they are released, for you to join in and get moving.

What does a Challenge involve?

  • A recommended meal plan to support your movement challenge

Our challenges range from 14 to 42 days long, with daily workouts to target every muscle in your body, build tone and create change.

What is a Personalised Program?

At Fluidform, I know every body is different and every person is on a different journey. That is why I introduced our 21-day Personalised Programs, offering a personalised approach to movement.

When you sign up, you will be asked to fill in a short questionnaire so I can get to know more about your body and your individual needs. I will then plan out the first six months of your journey with Fluidform. This will include:

  • A 21-day Personalised Program of daily workouts based on your individual needs and goals. Whether you are a beginner, advanced, athlete, pregnant, postnatal, injured or recovering from injury – I will create a program unique to you.
  • Recommended Challenges to flow on from your 21-day Personalised Program, taking the guesswork out of your movement journey.

Fluidform is designed to MOVE WITH YOU on your health and wellbeing journey. If your circumstances change, your Personalised Program can be updated at any time.
