01. SET OF RESISTANCE BANDS
Add resistance to your workouts to enhance muscle activation and build strength. Follow the recommended resistance level or move up or down to progress or regress the exercise. Start lighter, and as you build strength with the program, move your way up.
It’s important to note, some exercises require a lighter band to activate specific muscles. The heavier the band does not always mean the most advanced!
02. SMALL BALL
Essential to building strength and tone across your entire body. When you receive your pack, remove the plug, insert the straw and inflate to ¾ full, with enough space to hold in your hand. If you lose your straw, the ball can be blow up by simple blowing directly into the open hole, before re-inserting the plug.
03. PAIR OF DISCS
Discs are a piece of small equipment we use in Fluidform to challenge, support and activate the correct muscles in movement. Discs provide a low-friction surface for your hands and feet to bring fluidity to your movements, to increase the speed of movement and drive your heart rate up. Discs challenge your stability and the range of movement in your hips and shoulder joints.
