What is the Signature Sculpt Challenge?

Signature Sculpt is a 21-day Pilates workout & nutrition program, featuring signature body-sculpting Fluidform at Home workouts designed to strengthen and sculpt your body. The workout program is supported by a 21-day meal plan, which focuses on cleansing, detoxifying and nourishing your body to achieve results.

The program is suitable for beginners through to advanced clients. 

Each Fluidform at Home challenge is results-driven. Commit to 21 days of workouts, supported by nourishing meals to achieve your personal goals and make wellness your priority.

WORKOUTS

Embark on a 21-day calendar of Fluidform at Home workouts. Featuring a variety of workouts between 20-50 minutes, effective and achievable from home, or anywhere in the world.

Each workout targets a different area of the body to achieve a total body tone and transformation. This challenge will focus on:

  • Inner thighs
  • Lower abdominals
  • Balance and posture
  • Forearms and back

NUTRITION

Embark on a 21-day Meal Plan by a certified nutritionist. Enjoy a variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes with a focus on meal preparation and efficiency, fresh and simple ingredients.

Breakfast will focus on protein-rich recipes you can prepare the night before. Enjoy salad-in-a-jar recipes for lunch and simple dinners, tailored to Northern and Southern Hemisphere seasons.

Receive nutritional guidance and education on:

  • How to Build a Balanced Plate 
  • Guide to Anti-inflammation & Detoxification
  • Guide to Meal Preparation

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR THIS CHALLENGE?

Sign up to Fluidform at Home to gain access to the challenge launching July 29th.

Start by creating a routine. Set aside time each day to move your body. This is your own time to reset, connect your body and mind and feel amazing.

Create a space to move. Whether this is in your bedroom, the lounge room or outside, find a space you feel most comfortable. Roll out your mat and start moving. 

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

For this challenge, you will need:

  • Fluidform Equipment Pack (small Pilates ball, set of resistance bands and pair of discs)
  • 1kg Hand weights
  • Ankle weights
  • Theraband 
  • Swiss ball
