Fluidform Loves: May

During the month of May, Fluidform travelled to the beautiful Calile Hotel, to bring the Fluidform Method to our Brisbane community. This month, I am sharing everything I love about Fluidform events.

First and foremost, I admire the power of community!

Getting together with like-minded people to move your body feels so good. I am so lucky to be able to do what I do and share the Fluidform Method with you all. There is no better feeling!

Secondly, hearing and digesting your feedback. Here is what our Brisbane community had to say…

Next is introducing you to new exercises and combining new sequences with small equipment to challenge and support your bodies in different ways. I love programming for events to make you feel things in your body you have never felt before.
