What is Fit with Fluidform?

Fit with Fluidform will launch with 4 new workouts. Each workout ranges from 20-25 minutes long, incorporating your barre as the focus piece of equipment. Each workout is total body, targeting new muscles and working them in new ranges of movement. You will increase your heart rate, improve your coordination and build cardio-strength.

How do I get started?

Fit with Fluidform will launch over 4 weeks from December 12th. Follow along Kee’s weekly workout schedule incorporating new and existing workouts for the complete Fit with Fluidform experience. Maintain your Fluidform routine over the holidays to feel good, happy and healthy. Experience a new form of movement to stay motivated and inspired.

Kee’s weekly workout schedule will go live on @fluidformpilates Instagram, and on your Dashboard every Sunday evening from December 19th.

Going away? These workouts can be done from anywhere! Pack your mat, equipment pack and find a park bench or chair for your barre. Encourage the entire family to get involved to have fun and move your bodies.

What equipment will I need?

For these workouts you will need your:

  • Barre – you can use a chair, bench top or back of your lounge
  • Ankle weights – to increase the burn and challenge
  • Bands – to add resistance and build strength
  • Ball – to challenge your abdominals and lower body
  • Hand weights – to challenge and strengthen your upper body
  • Swiss Ball – to challenge your stability and drive your heart rate
