Looking for the next challenge? Look no further. 

Fluidform has over 80 challenges to choose from. Which means there is something for everybody, (and every part of the body!) There are various options to choose from, so we have made it easy for you.

Fluidform challenges have been specifically programmed to create change in your body. Whether you have chosen a challenge based on a part of the body, or piece of equipment, you will achieve total body results. Our exclusive Fluidform challenges are designed to keep you motivated, offering a calendar of daily workouts to follow along, meeting our recommendation of 20 minutes a day. 

There really is something for everyone. But if you need some guidance on where to get started, here are some of my recommendations.

Step one. Have you completed your 21-day Personalised Program?

Your Dashboard has been personalised for your individual needs and goals. Once you have completed your 21-day Personalised Program, we encourage you to move onto the Recommended Challenges on your Dashboard. These are designed to follow on from your program and provide a 6-month guide to challenges for you and your body.

Step two. Most-popular challenges
