  1. Remember your “why”. This looks different for everyone. Whether weight loss, muscle strength, mood, energy or posture is your goal, do not lose sight of your “why.”
  2. Small steps is better than nothing. Committing to a 60-minute workout can sometimes feel impossible. But 20 minutes is more achievable. Consistency is the key to success.
