"I've been loving Pilates for over 15 years now and have been a long time Fluidform Pilates client, joining up during Covid.
The programs in the FFAH App are personalised to your individual requirements - after signing up and completing the introductory questionnaire they send you an small equipment pack including 5 resistance bands, Pilates ball and pair of slider discs which is all you need to begin.
I love Pilates and all it has helped me with so much so, that I completed my Pilates Instructor certification three years ago now and consistently use the app for both my own at home workouts and for adding inspiration in programming my own classes. The recipes and meal plans are fabulous too!
