"I've been loving Pilates for over 15 years now and have been a long time Fluidform Pilates client, joining up during Covid.

The programs in the FFAH App are personalised to your individual requirements - after signing up and completing the introductory questionnaire they send you an small equipment pack including 5 resistance bands, Pilates ball and pair of slider discs which is all you need to begin.

Access to Pilates no matter where you live

I signed up to Fluidform quite a number of years ago when it first came out as I had moved out of Sydney to a regional area and was struggling to find classes that were regularly on (once a week isn’t enough for me!)

I tried a few other online options where the classes sat at around the 60 minute mark and I struggled to maintain focus. Once I found Fluidform I began to really love my daily twenty mins and love the fact that I can do it anywhere and at anytime!

The app has made this even easier and the recipes are also excellent. Kee’s instructions are clear and easy to follow and she’s also an inspirational instructor. Can highly recommend!

I was doing regular studio Pilates up to early 2020 for core and maintaining lower back health then came Covid. I moved to online Pilates for a couple of years but never really found anything that really ‘nailed’ it. Till I found Fluidform. I have used the app for close to a year now and will be very happily renewing my annual subscription when it comes around. There is plenty of variety and a range of experience levels are covered. The 3 week Challengers are brilliant and really get you going. If you’re in doubt, take the trial. You will be subscribing to the app before your trial has ended. Excellent.

Best thing I’ve done to support my health

I began my journey with fluid form during the Melbourne covid lockdowns. I was looking for a supportive online guide to ensure I do the exercises correctly and to help build strength for my lower back. Since starting with fluid form I have gained incredible core strength and lower back pain has completely stopped with the workout plans I followed. I have also used fluid form throughout my prenatal journey and it has been a great guide on how to prepare my body for pregnancy and ensuring I feel strong for birth and beyond.

Pilates in your pocket

I began with fluidform after I had my second baby during Covid lockdowns in Sydney. I was able to start slow and gentle and by even doing 15 minutes, I felt like I had achieved something. Over the years I’ve done different challenges, built on my strength and the options allow me to fit in a workout where I can. I use it when I travel for work, at home with the kids and even doing reformer. It’s helped me with a workplace injury, strength and flexibility!

FFAH is life changing and game changing. Highly recommend - so convenient

The Fluidform app is so easy to use. I started Fluidform in lockdown and have loved it ever since. I’ve also recently started attending the Rozelle studio which I’m obsessed with. When I can’t get to the studio, it’s so easy to logon to the app and have all my favourite workouts and recipes saved in the one place and can login anywhere around the world and get a quick burn in. Changed my life !

I joined Fluidform at home after reading an article in the paper. One day I decided you know what, I’m worth 20 mins a day ! I went from not ever using at all to completing a challenge ! Great for mums

As a mum to 2 boys under 4 I was finding it tricky to work out. With Fluidform, I’ve been able to easily fit in a 20 minute Pilates session during the day without having the hassle of leaving the house. Sometimes my boys even join in with me, and I like the fact that they see me making the time to look after my body. The sessions are fun whilst also being challenging. Big thumbs up from me!
