Wellness Trends of 2025, Revealed

With the end of year approaching, we have been reflecting on the wellness highlights which defined 2024–health at home, wearable wellness, personalisation and clinically-backed ingredients (McKinsey & Company). Looking forward, we have consulted leaders in the field of wellness, business and technology to predict the wellness trends for 2025.

1. Personalisation

According to the Well+Good 2025 Wellness Trends Report – “There is no one-size-fits-all approach to beauty” – brands are listening to and recognising our differing needs through all stages and ages of life. Supported by social media, consumers are more educated than ever with a deeper understanding of their individual needs (Well+Good).

Fluidform at Home mirrors our in-studio approach, offering personalisation for all members with a 21-day Personalised Program, recommended challenges and specific programs for prenatal, postnatal, peri and menopause.

2. Menopause

According to Forbes (Six Major Wellness Trends For 2025) – the rising discussion of Perimenopause and Menopause has driven new support and effective solutions for women. The Menopause industry is forecasted to grow–with a focus on research, education and support for women experiencing symptoms of Menopause. From a topic that was once silent, female leaders are driving change and as a result–brands are taking action (Forbes).

The Fluidform at Home Peri & Menopause program was born from a place of need–members and clients seeking support for the changes they were experiencing to their bodies and hormones from the age of 40. Since the program launched earlier in 2025, members have experienced “life-changing” results and significant changes to their muscle tone, energy levels and confidence as they navigate this stage of life.

3. Longevity & Movement For All Ages

Forbes recorded, “we can expect to see a surge of interest in products and services that promise to help people live longer and healthier lives.” Vogue Business supports this notion that “at this point in history that we truly have the research and technologies to prolong our lifespan in a healthy way.” Adding that “The basic building blocks of health – eating and sleeping well, physical activity, stress management, and mental balance – are at the core of longevity” (Vogue, 2025 Health & Wellness Trends To Know).

While the core of Fluidform at Home is centred on Pilates and movement – we see the greatest transformation in our members who embrace all aspects of wellness available on the app – from the recipes and meal plans to relaxation and recovery. In addition to this, the platform has fostered a global community of members–providing social connection to members around the world.

4. Travel Wellness

Well+Good highlights the importance of travel to “breathe and recharge and rest”. According to the Global Wellness Institute, the “Wellness Tourism” industry is expected to reach a record $1.3 trillion by 2025.

Post-pandemic, there is a growing appetite for in-person experiences, specifically in wellness. We are very lucky to have built such a special, online community touching the lives of members in over 180 countries around the world. We have expanded our Fluidform Wellness arm of the brand by offering Wellness Retreats and Experiences–an opportunity to connect with our global community and really deep dive into a holistic wellness experience–incorporating movement with nutrition, relaxation and social connections.
