Workouts
FEEL THE HEAT introduces 5 new workouts for a complete total body transformation. Each workout uses a combination of small equipment. Your 21 day schedule includes:
- Mini Glutes 7 – ankle weights and yellow band
- Mini Arms 13 – wrist weights
- Mini Abs 25 – small ball and red band
- Mini Swiss Ball 8 – swiss ball and ankle weights
- Magic Circle 5 – magic circle

How do I prepare for this challenge?
- Sign up to Fluidform and gain access to the challenge on November 14th via your DASHBOARD.
- In the meantime, complete your questionnaire and follow your 21-day Personalised Program (recommended workouts based on your needs and goals) to build strength and prepare your body for the challenge.
- Start by creating a routine. Set aside time each day to move your body. This is your own time to reset, connect your body and mind and feel amazing.
- Create a space to move. Whether this is in your bedroom, in the lounge room or outside, find a space you feel comfortable. Roll out your mat and start moving.
